A really tasty and easy meal cooked on the Weber Kettle. The Kofta's are seared in the Weber Cast Iron Skillet, and then placed on the grill to cook indirectly. Just before serving, move over to the direct side of the grill and brown with some great looking grid lines.
We served with grilled peppers, drizzled with olive oil and garlic, whole wheat flatbreads and a yoghurt and garlic tzatziki sauce .
